"The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

"This property was spotless, very spacious and luminous, and also very comfortable. We were able to see the sunset above the bay from the leaving room. A 5 min walk outside also gave us a gorgeous view the warmer days and evening. We were able to enjoy the fire places of the manor, and the indoor pool daily. We watched some fun movies at night, thanks to the DVD collection. Mark and Nancy were very reactive when I did not figure out how to use a couple of the lights, and helped me over the phone....

"As noted above, the location and property description were great. There was an issue with the wifi though, which caused too much communication with the owner and manager. We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). At one point in a text string I received "I don't know what to tell you, several other guests have had no problem" - which was not helpful at all. It turned out that the...

"It was a very nice stay. Condo was overall clean and very cozy. The King mattress was very soft and we are used to a firmer bed (maybe add a matress topper for more comfort)but room and bedding was very cozy! Would absolutely stay in condo again and the whole family had a really nice time. Would "

"This updated condo was perfect for our stay at Holiday Valley. The condo was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adult men to share easily. You can't ask for a better location. We walked out of the condo and looked right at HV's famous Wall run. I gave it 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option."
