"I fly out of Palm Spring once a year and my friend drives we down. We stay over night and enjoy the pool and hot tube to relax after a busy week. I was very disappointed when I found out there was no shuttle service. I found that out 1 week before my trip that I would need to make transportation arrangements. Instead my friend go up at 3:30 drove me to the airport then decided to head back home. I know there Ubers and Lyfts but that transportation with your shuttle was very easy so do. Might be looking for another hotel for next year just so my friend can stay and get some sleep before she drives back home. "
