Staff was very nice. The room was clean, but the sink faucet needs to be fixed, it had a drip if you didn’t shut it correctly. Over all nice room and great location to everything. would stay again.

Stay here for the Vibe! Nothing fancy smancy, but boy does it check all the boxes for old school Palm Springs with a Tiki feeling. Being able to stay in the pool and order from a legit Tiki Bar " The Reef ", is the best. My Loco Moco was delish! We'll be back soon.

The shower, drained really slow. The paint on the wall of the bathroom was peeling and the toilet if you didn't jiggle the handle would run. The resort as it's called itself is really old and you can tell. The place is really rundown. Again the Personel I dealt with were really nice.

We love the hotel. We have stayed here several times before. The ambiance is great. The rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is easy and plentiful. Only thing is that there always seems to be a bartender that seems bothered to make drinks for customers. This is not the first time it happens and always someone different. There are friendly ones but the grumpy ones are the ones that stick out. We just want to enjoy the pool with some cocktails. We would probably order more drinks if not feeling like we are a bother. Other than that we love the hotel and PS!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s a great budget option in palm Springs. Nice pool, good bar and grassy area, good location walking distance to several good food options, and the rooms are like a motel - nothing special or fancy - but they are fine.

Staff was incredibly helpful even when I needed help at 4am. Parking situation was great. Room was clean and well maintained. Seems like the type of place where people who work there genuinely care about the guests experience and stay. Bar was a great time and both bartenders that were working when we stopped by were friendly and very attentive. The pool was fantastic. Great stay overall. Would certainly stay here again!

My wife and I were looking to just relax for a few days and this was a nice spot to do so! The bar was great, the pool was so fun and it was quiet! Definitely will come here again. The staff was also super hospitable and friendly.
