"Everything was good. We only recommend base in our experience to improve the check in service, the person just let us wait for the shuttle, not friendly at all. Hotel was not even 70 percent occupancy but we didn't get upgraded"

"Food wasnt great but decent. Room was excellent and most staff, not all staff. Lots of beach activities. Lots of wildlife that we loved. Hated the swim times, got yelled at for an after dinner swim.. rediculas."

"Great meals, very helpful and kind staff members, clean surroundings, clean rooms, good choices of restaurants for dinner. The downside is that for an all inclusive Adult resort, it seemed to die down before midnight - literally lights out! No bars, nothing!! And the choice of drinks in the rooms was not the greatest, it would help to have at least a few little bottles of spirits rather than just beers."
