The Best of the Best (Nest)

This gorgeous home is so welcoming and so well equipped with absolutely anything you could need. I was able to enjoy the pool after a short walk to Publix everyday. The gas bbq was a hit for most of our meals. Every inch of this nest is decorated beautifully and so comfortable and relaxing. The hosts are second to none! It is a beautiful neighborhood with a golf course in your backyard. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back!!!

Spring Break

Dan and Brenda’s home was just as stated and very clean and well appointed. When we had questions and needed assistance, the were quick to respond and took care of all our needs. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back this summer!!

Best Nest is the Best!

This home is the perfect place to stay! The owners communicate before, during and at the end of your stay to make sure you have everything you need. The home is very clean and there is ample seating for everyone. The pool area is well cared for and the grill is clean and ready for use. We have stayed here for our last two vacations and were really bummed when we discovered it wasn’t available for our trip next year. It is truly a home away from home. You will be impressed and enjoy your stay!

Excellent stay

We recently stayed at the Best Nest for a small group golf trip to Orlando. We came in from Nova Scotia. The house was perfect and Dan & Brenda were wonderful hosts. The check-in process was seamless and the place had everything we needed, including a well stocked Keurig (nice touch there).Dan & Brenda checked in with us regularly just to make sure everything was going well, which was very much appreciated. There were even a few treats waiting for us when we arrived including a few cold drinks in the fridge! We wouldn't hesitate to come back to the Best Nest and highly recommend this location. Thanks again to you both!

Perfect Holiday Home

We returned to ‘Best Nest’ this time for a months stay. Dan and Brenda had made more improvements to an already ideal place to come on holiday. We had booked two properties in Highland Reserve for the amount of family joining us and it reinforced to me how good Dan and Brenda’s home is compared to others. They have everything and more than you could ask for in a holiday home.The owners are very attentive and from the moment you book we could not have asked any more from them. We have already booked for this Christmas and can’t wait to return once more.

The Best Week at the Best Nest!

We absolutely loved our stay at the BEST NEST! We have rented many homes over the last 10 years in this area and this is the first time we stayed here, and we don’t ever want to stay anywhere else again! This was the best rental house, with every single amenity, you can imagine, a gorgeous, large, swimming pool that our teenagers loved, a fantastic game room, comfortable beds, two living room areas, a perfect kitchen and plenty of seating for our family of six!Dan and Brenda are fantastic hosts, with great communication and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Outside of the house is just as fabulous as inside with a quiet tree-lined street, friendly people around and a lovely walkable place to be! My husband and I walked to the nearest grocery store to grab a few things and even to Starbucks and ice cream nearby! The area couldn’t be more perfect and we love the easy access to Route 192 and even though this home is close to everything, it still feels like it is nestled away. We can’t wait to book another vacation here!! Dan & Brenda, thank you for the most relaxing and fun week in what truly felt like home away from home!

What a great place to stay!

This was a great property to stay at! We loved the pool and the home was very clean and appeared just as advertised in the Vrbo description. There were so many extra that made the stay even better like golf clubs to use, a cooler and chairs for the beach and well stocked kitchen. The home was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood close to golf and all the Orlando attractions. The hosts were wonderful to work with and were great communicators. They seemed genuinely concerned that we would have a great stay. I would book again!

Great Place to Stay, best property we have rented

The property has everything you could look for in a rental property with the best hosts you could ask for. Brenda and Dan could not have been more helpful from the moment we enquired until we left. We have rented property for almost 20 years when we come to Orlando and without doubt this has been the best by some way. Will definitely be back!!

Great home living on a golf vacation

This si iur 2nd year VRBO of this wonderful house. Great location thats is close yo stores golf courses and restaurants. It home away from home.! Hate the hassle of hotels and limited space to live after activities? VRBO this house and vacation with space and amenities like home. We love it and will be back again next year!!

The Best Nest by far the best

Where to begin about The Best Nest this was by the far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. This home had everything you needed plus more. The location was great also in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything just as described had plenty of room for a family of 11. The pool and the game room was a very big hit with my family. Brenda & Dan were very easy to contact with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Amazing property!! Brenda and Dan have not forgotten anything to make your stay as easy as packing your clothes. Clean, well stocked great locational. The perfect villa

We have had a great family holiday at The Best Nest! The villa is well located for easy access to the attractions. It is very spacious and clean and the furnishings, bed linens and towels are in top condition. An abundance of thoughtful extras are readily available: toys; ponchos and fans for the parks; toiletries; kitchen/bathroom/laundry consumables; dining and cooking utensils - the list goes on! The pool deck is private and sunny with an open view. Communication with the owners was friendly but not intrusive. Absolutely the best villa we have ever rented in Florida, and precious memories made. Thank you!

Simply the Best Nest

Booked Best Nest based upon the reviews and description, being on a golf complex and having golf clubs an added bonus. We where not disappointed as it lived up to the high standards expected and the communication was excellent throughout the process, and query was rapidly responded to. The location was easy to find and the property was not overlooked as backed onto the golf course. It is very rare for me to give an overall 5 star rating but this property fully deserves this rating and would happily recommend for other families as everything is catered for even down to the welcome pack of gluten free goodies for the member of our party who has celiac disease which demonstrates the care they take to ensure everyone is welcome. If we are ever back in Orlando we will certainly be looking at staying again.

Amazing vacation home

Brenda and Dan were the best host I have ever had. I have rented a vacation home every year for the past 15 years and the Best Nest has been the very best I ever rented!! The pool and game room was so enjoyed by adults and children. The house had everything you could possibly need!!!! This home is nothing short of amazing!!!! So clean and well decorated too!!! Home Away From Home with Everything

The house was beautiful, well stocked, and very roomy and inviting. The hosts were like family in how they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very well stocked including coffee, sugar, tea, spices, paper products, and even golf clubs and beach items. We had a beach day and the family loved the boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a cooler. We also played foosball, darts, and ping pong as a family in the game room. 😊 This was a fantastic family vacation and the hosts are great people!!

Perfect Magical Getaway!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Be it somewhere to recoup from days at Disney or just to relax on the lanai around the pool. The house was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. Making it no stress from beginning to end. Brenda was GREAT from booking to checkout. The communication was excellent and she ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. My family and I will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the Orlando area again.
