I don’t like that’s the fact that of the three elevators, only one was working most of the time and e we either went down the stairs or waited till it showed up. Also our room was cleaned only once in the 5 days we were there and I had to get someone to do it. We did enjoy the pool, breakfast, and close to all the Disney parks. We would recommend this place to all our friends.

It was really nice when we stayed there last year but this year, instead of offering to call the next door hotel if my package is there, they wanted me to walk to check for myself. Poor customer service on that part.

Staff are very nice and helpful, their buffet breakfast are very good, i love their mickey shape waffle and sugar free syrup. They said 8$/person for shuttle to Disney theme park but when we were there, they offer free shuttle but they only have 1 shuttle to animal kingdom and 2 to MK so make sure you check and reserve their shuttle schedule the night before, but its just 5 minutes to drive to the park so not a big trouble to worry about. Their swimming pool is quiet big but when we were there on weekend, adult sitting around and drink ( they have a bar right there), some even bring their beer down to the pool to drink so i didn't let my kids play in the pool that night since i assumed that the adult time. But the rest of our stay is cool, would recommend if you need a good, clean and affordable place to stay for your Disney trip. With Marriott bonvoy acct, you may got discount so would recommend you book directly with the hotel or call Marriott customer service, they will help you with your booking, very nice cs when they help me change on my booking

Like most reviews I’d seen for this property, the breakfast was great and lived up to the reviews I read. I will add, get to breakfast as early as possible, the hotel does a great job keeping items stocked so there’s no shortage that I saw it just BUSY. You’re already in Orlando where your entire vacation will be waiting in lines… doing it for breakfast too … not fun-so early bird gets the worm. The service was fine, no “issues” the staff did seem overwhelmed and I was told the hotel was fully booked so I can sympathize for staff stress behind the counter-I just wish I didn’t feel it too. Jazmine, was attentive getting me my room and key and I appreciate it, I reserved a different room than what I received BUT I had a room and I guess I felt lucky to have one. In full, we were bummed and a tad stressed but it was brief! We quickly remembered we had a place to sleep and breakfast.
