Best stay, wonderful property.

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. Large, spacious rooms that had a nice seating area. Staff were very helpful, and they had lots of amenities (eg laundry machines with free detergent, large gym). Free breakfast was of stellar quality. Location is also very close to just about everything.

Beautiful hotel, easy street parking, great breakfast, awesome pool with a fantastic view - floor to ceiling windows. We stayed in a suite which had lots of room, clean and very modern. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The washroom is sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet is an excellent addition to our stay. We all love it.

Everything about my stay at the Hilton was excellent and truly amazing. The quality of the entire experience was outstanding. The only drawback was that the room wasn't cleaned daily, and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, towels, and toilet paper weren't replenished regularly. Aside from this, everything was wonderful and highly recommended.

Visiting from Canada and stayed at Hotel 505. We had an amazing stay!!! Received a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, nice surprise. Loved the rooftop terrace, which we were able to enjoy during this beautiful Fall weather. Our room had a corner view, was very clean and spacious . Hotel is centrally located and felt very safe. The overall hotel experience was great. Good location for restaurants and about a 20min walk to downtown. Front line staff were not very helpful with recommendations - the 2 that we spoke to on different days did not help much but that is what Google is for. Room was clean and spacious. Helpful staff, room very clean, breakfast excellent

Room was really nice! Staff was great. Loved our stay! Only thing was the bathroom not having a proper door. It was a sliding door that didn’t fully close. A bit more privacy for a bathroom is always nice. Maybe not all the rooms are like this.
