"The hotel room a bit outdated, scarcity of electric jacks, so it was difficult to charge electronics. The coffee maker we’ve had to plug in the bathroom. The fridge was too cold and freezing our food The bathroom though HP accessible, was a bit dangerous having tilted ramp from shower area out, so personal could have slide and fall.but staff was very helpful trying to accommodate our needs"

"The location of this hotel is incredible, and the amenities were great (very nice gym, pool, etc…all in good order). A few frustrations with our stay, housekeeping didn’t visit at all 2 of the 4 days we were there and we needed to contact the desk for towels etc… Also the street noise was VERY loud at night, especially on weekend nights. Highly recommend earplugs to sleep with. Staff were all nice and friendly. Although there were staff in the lobby trying to stop and sell everyone some sort of Hilton timeshare (that was kind of annoying). We will be happy to stay again, but will bring earplugs (and better pillows) for our next stay."

"Yesica was so much fun to talk to! And the older woman at front desk, who I unfortunately did not get her name, was so sweet and kind and funny, she was our favorite too! Room was exactly what we needed for our stay, somewhere to sleep and get ready to take on our adventures in Chicago :) great location and walking distance to so many spots! Thank you!"
