There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. "Lovely views of Navy Pier or city view out of all windows. Bedrooms are generous in size and comfortable. It's not the newest building, but the location to shopping, restaurants, coffee places was perfect. Gym and pool were great and used well during our stay. Appreciated having linens/towels and assorted goods in kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to buy them. Would stay again!"

"We have stayed at many VRBOs and rental homes over the years, and the Bella Villa is one of the best! John is a thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment is surrounded by the character of Little Italy and is convenient to public transit and all the offerings of the Chicago area. The unit itself is very well appointed and filled with lots of little extras that make it extra special. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!"

"I'm going to start off with some highlights. I really liked the location. You couldn't walk two blocks without finding a cute shop or some great food. The neighborhood felt very friendly. The unit was pretty small but used the space very well. Now for a couple negative details. The unit is within 20' of the train so there are trains passing every few minutes.
