We enjoyed being able to walk to the falls from the B&B. What I liked about the property is that is has a lot character. I wish the room size was bigger, but considering the age, it's sized appropriately for it's time. The host was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable on the local area. Love that the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Buy the Niagara Falls Adventure Pass. It's totally worth it! We had an early morning flight before the breakfast that's served from 9am to 10am.
