We had a great stay and enjoyed the cute studio. It was very clean and had what we needed. The driveway down to the studio was a bit tricky in the dark but manageable. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Our group of three was very comfortable and we would definitely book again anytime we are in the area.

Great Studio

We loved our stay. The studio was cozy and we loved the natural gas fireplace.In addition, the property is in an excellent location. It is very close to downtown Nevada City and has easy access to Highway 49.We had a very relaxing stay!

Mellow stay in Nevada City

Excellent place to stay in Nevada City. My girlfriend and I came up for the weekend for a quiet get away and had a great time. The studio was in walking distance to local restaurants and in a nice community

Perfect getaway!

The studio had everything we needed for a one night getaway, it was lovely to have a refrigerator, filtered water and a gas fireplace as well. The flannel sheets were cozy. Great walking distance to downtown Nevada City which has great restaurants and shopping.

Sweet Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog and she was very welcome. The listing is reflective of our experience. We enjoyed the very comfortable bed, and our pup enjoyed her guest bed, too. Great location for walking to town, hikes, and more. We felt very safe and welcome. Many Thanks!!

Very clean. Nice Layout. Comfortable Bed. Easy walk to town. I didn't realize the studio was on bottom floor below the owners. Quiet mornings and evenings. We like to take a siesta on vacation afternoons. A bit too noisy for that. But if you like to be gone all day, then there wouldn't be an issue.

Safe and Cozy

It was such a cozy safe spot to land after a camp trip at Lake Tahoe with my 3 year old. We enjoyed the easy access to town, the hosts provided excellent coffee in the room, no need to rush out first thing made it easier with a little one. We will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you

Cute Studio

The studio was perfect for our one night stay. Off we could we would have stayed longer. Location was convenient to Main Street The place was clean & quaint. Had everything we needed right down for wonderful fresh ground coffee for the French press. Check in was easy and communication was great with the host Kaelin.

Perfect place for a quick stay

This studio was perfectly placed and clean for my short few day stay in Nevada City. I came into town as I have for the past few years for a Cycling Race. The studio was clean, lots of open space and a fully functional kitchen. Close to town, yet far away enough to not deal with the traffic or parking. Hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Would stay again and appreciated the space.
