Step into Briarwood Paradise - beautifully decorated, exceptionally maintained three bedroom, two bathroom lakefront with private (heated) pool home.

Located in the gated community of Briarwood, this newly decorated lake front home has a split floor plan which offers pool/lanai access from the master bedroom, breakfast area and the living room.

The home has vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans, entertainment center, dining room, breakfast seating area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has three sliding glass doors that open up entirely to the lanai area with heated pool, outdoor dining and an area for sunbathing. In the evening, the pool is surrounded by soft landscape lights. Perfect for entertaining.

The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, private bath with oversized shower stall and private lavatory. This room also has a beautiful view and access to the pool/lanai/lake.

There are a further 2 well furnished bedrooms.

The house is located approximately 4 minutes walk from the Briarwood Community sports facilities; pools, tennis courts, basketball court, sports fields and playground.

Please note that when quoted for fees, the line item 'Pool' is for pool heat for the private pool. It is optional during the summer months (May to September).

We spent 2 weeks in Paradise. The house was very comfortable & clean-provided everything we needed. The pool was amazing-although we did go to the beach ( just a short drive away) we spent the majority of our time relaxing in the pool.

The home was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and was located in a very nice neighborhood. The view of the lake from the lanai was beautiful, the pool has a nice layout with a couple different depths. The furniture throughout was in very good condition and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the community, being a gated neighborhood it felt relaxing. Anne was very easy to contact and made our stay 100 % enjoyable. Next time we are Naples we will be staying here again.

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood. Grandsons loved the pool. Husband and I enjoy walking around neighborhood and going to parks in Naples. We spent alot of our time sitting outside in the linai enjoying the fantastic weather. Owners very easy to communicate with. We had a great 2 weeks. withcommunicate with.

We had a wonderful 30 days in Briarwood. Quiet nice gated community close to the beaches and downtown. Highly recommend this place for any families looking to get away or seniors to spend the winter. Marc and Anna are fantastic hosts!

The home was perfect for our stay. Everything appears as in the pictures. It has everything you need during your stay and I really appreciated the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking and eating equipment and utensils you would need including cling wrap, paper towel, aluminum foil, spices, sugar. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful to us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in the Briarwood Community. Plenty of room for a family of 5 including 5 year old who really loved the pool. Really enjoyed the lovely view of the lake and pool. Beach was about a 10 min drive. Saw dolphins in the ocean very close to shore twice and a Manatee at Naples Pier. Endless restaurants and activities. Naples Zoo was beautifully landscaped and very close up views of the animals. Can’t wait to return.

Everything you need!!! Shampoo, paper towels, beach towels and plenty of bath towels. I can’t say enough about how equipped this home was!!!! Exceptionally clean. Beautiful master suite. Large amount of space for everyone! We had 6 adults and infant, only 5 spent the night due to rental restrictions ( make sure you know that 6 mth old counts as adult. Luckily one of our group stay with friend at night but there was plenty of room ) Owners fantastic with communication. I’m picky and this was 100% great. Weather could have been better but awesome!!!!!!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer wunderschönen mit Palmen bewachsenen gated community. Das Haus selber ist genau so wie beschrieben. Wir waren hellauf begeistert! Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen! Einziges Manko, die Matraze im 2. Doppelbett ist zu weich und nicht für Personen mit Rückenproblemen geeignet.

Our month stay at this Briarwood property was a wonderful experience. The highlight was the very private and quiet lanai and pool with a beautiful view of the lake and wildlife. The lanai tv was an added bonus we enjoyed. The home was both exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently. Briarwood is a convenient location for enjoying Naples and the community is very well maintained and safe. The owners/property manager were very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay. We hope to return to this property again next year!

This was our third stay in less than a year in Briarwood, this was our favotite house. You can tell the owners reallt care for thier home. Doors all open smooth, glass doors slide smooth, all the little details make a difference. The decor is nice. We had a great time and will be back and rent here again if its available. My family and I rented this charming home, and I can say it did not disappoint. Cleanliness is first on my radar and this house was beyond. Anne and Marc really have covered everything a Florida vacation would need. From beach towels, to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers... even children’s sand toys! If you're the outdoorsy type there are bikes (complete with helmets) , tennis rackets, soccer balls... you name it, they have it. We definitely can’t wait for our next trip in hopes to stay there again.
