"I absolutely loved this place. We’ve been to a lot of all inclusive, and I think the food here was one of the best. We loved doing yoga in the morning, the staff was excellent, and the property stunning."

"Had absolutely amazing food at the restaurant this resort is all inclusive. Offers transportation to get around as well as to other sunset resorts to visit or access the beach Oceanside. Boyfriend was not a fan of the room keys because it is a wristband that you have to wear 24/7."

"Pros: extremely clean: rooms, pool area, eating areas, entire resort. Very noticeably clean. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooms were amazing. Was so nice to have the extra space in the living room area for our family. Pool area was nice, not too wild and crazy but still had a fun atmosphere. Nice that it was not windy by the pool. Basketball, tennis, and painting ceramics were nice activities for our family. The option to go to The Royal Sands was a nice change of scenery. Pool is bigger there, has hot tubs as well. Buffet was amazing at Sands. Cons: Royal Cancun is a small resort, but this could be considered a pro if that’s what you like. But nothing really to do there in the evening. Buffet was disappointing. But pool menu was good as well as room service option. Beach area wasn’t great. Nice and calm, but water had lots of seaweed and not nice for swimming. Although you can walk along the beach to sit in the sand at any resort as beaches are public property (just can’t use their loungers etc). Overall: we had a great stay but probably wouldn’t book again, mostly because there was very little to do there. We went with 3 kids ages 12,14,16. They would’ve liked a more lively place with more indoor and outdoor activities."

"Never got the room I booked . Room horrible and disgusting and dirty. Ceiling was leaking water , room smells like mold and sewer . Beds sheets were stain and chairs were very dirty and with semen stains . Horrible hotel . They charge me 50 dollars when Expedia stated I was going to charge 19 dollars only "
