### Charming 3-bedroom villa with WiFi, AC in fabulous Monroe

Discover the beauty of Monroe from this 3-bedroom villa. The bedrooms feature 1 full bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, and a washing machine. With 3 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. We hope you enjoy what our place and Monroe has to offer.  
  
The space  
We’re set back from the road, and the garden has plenty of space for sports or play, as well as quiet spots for settling down with a novel. There’s room for multiple cars to park.  
  
The house is professionally cleaned and managed, which makes for a totally hassle-free stay.  
  
Even better, there’s a lockbox with keys so you can check in at a time that works for you, rather than stressing in traffic because you’re late to meet an agent!  
  
Inside, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, spices, and coffee. Downstairs, there’s the sitting area with a log fire (wood not provided). Head upstairs and you’ll find two twin rooms, two double rooms, and two bathrooms. Toiletries, towels, and hotel-quality bedding are provided.  
  
  
The garden has a grill and BBQ ready for use (available only during summer). There is a front and a back porch.
