"The staff and the property was unbelievable. The issue is the sargassum that continues to be a problem for the entire area. The smells is atrocious and it is hard to be at the beach. no one enters to the water anymore. The food was ok and that is saying a lot because i normally love the food at any of the excellence hotels. i will probably not go back to any hotel in the area due to the smell."

"This resort had every thing we needed. It was great! The staff was very attentive and helpful. The wait staff was amazing. The only thing that could be better is our shower head leaked while on, the mirror looked dirty because it had so many scuffs and the tiles were falling off in the swimming pool. None of this was a big bother to us but it could use some attention. Overall we loved the Riu properties!"

"Our stay at the Marquis Los Cabos was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views, the gorgeous infinity pools overlooking the Sea of Cortez, and the peaceful, adults-only atmosphere. The property is immaculate, the food across all the restaurants was outstanding, and the overall vibe was incredibly relaxing. But what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the staff, particularly Azucena Castro. She absolutely stood out with her exceptional service. Azucena was incredibly attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find service that is both highly professional and so deeply personal, and she made us feel so special throughout our stay."
