Frequently Asked Questions What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is after 4:00 PM local time and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra fee if we can accommodate your request. Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key? No. Our homes use keyless entry. We issue a door code rather than a physical key, and it changes for every reservation. Do you provide daily cleaning service? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. What is provided with my accommodations? Each home is furnished and includes a kitchen with amenities including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Cooking and serving items include plates, bowls, utensils, can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. Coffee maker uses ground coffee. Spice rack, salt, and pepper provided. Bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens included. Starter supplies include trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
