An excellent waterfront property, close to everything we wanted to do over our short 2 day visit. Upon arrival we were surprised with an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with views of the water. It was very much appreciated. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff standout for their kindness, courtesy and helpfulness.
Would definitely return when in the area again and highly recommend to anyone searching for a place to stay in Victoria.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in October. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, (sans the carpets). The staff were friendly and housekeeping was awesome! They provided fresh towels and restocked supplies without being asked. The pool was closed for the season, which was perfect for quiet time. My room had access to the courtyard which was immaculately maintained. I did not partake in the complimentary breakfast as I was up and out early each day. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its location, convenience, free parking, and amenities.
