The hotel is very grand looking from outside. Service was excellent and people were very responsive. I booked "Deluxe City View 2 Queen" room for two of us. The room size is very comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom was very small and had no counter space at all. There was squeaky noise from the toilet tank and we were unable to sleep due to the noise. I had to call the front desk in the middle of night to complain about the noise and they quickly sent someone and fixed the toilet.
The room was facing the street and was super noisy at night! I stayed in many hotels that face the street. This one is the most noisy one. I had hard time to sleep.
