Victoria Conference Centre Tours and Activities

Bedding was not clean. We actually found blood stains or the bedding. Pots and pans had leftover food stuck to it. Staff couldn’t help us out with using the TVs but gave us 3 different remotes to figure out how to stream Amazon prime on TV. There was a very loud vibration every night. Our room had uneven tiles so be careful if you have young kids with you. Cupboard doors were uneven and some places loose giving an overall vibe of the room not being maintained properly. Constant stale smoke smell in hallways and strong urine smell in parking did not add any positive spin. However if you are okay with all of this, location and drive was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rialto Hotel. We slept sounds on comfortable beds and heard not a sound from the noise of music events happening outside. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our room was clean and the hotel in general was very well kept.

The staff at Embassy Inn are all courteous, friendly, helpful and make your stay their priority. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING!!!!! We can't wait for breakfast each morning.
