Welcome to the coastal home of your dreams in the relaxed residential retreat of Coral Cove. As soon as you pull into our driveway, you’ll be able to walk, bike or paddle to every place in town.
Our newly constructed two-story house has 3 spacious bedrooms, a study area with bunk beds, plus 3 and a half bathrooms, to comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults plus children. The bright living area fully opens up to a private patio, where you'll love to gather by the heated plunge pool with a view of the sunset over the bay.
Truly in the heart of Islamorada, yet secluded within a protected cove among the mangroves. Less than a mile away from many of the best restaurants, bars and shops in town, including Lorelei, Morada Bay, Chef Michael's, Kaiyo Grill, Green Turtle Inn, Islamorada Beer Company, Florida Keys Brewery, Miss Monroe Boutique and Backcountry Cowboy. The Trading Post grocery store is located within 200 feet and open 365 days/year, 24 hours/day, and a fully-stocked Publix supermarket/pharmacy is a 3-minute drive away. Nearby marinas offer fishing charters, boat rentals, and much more.
Our development is located directly on the bay, with easy access to boat dockage, a community pool, and water sports.
Paddle boards and beach cruisers are available for your complimentary use.

Our community boat dock offers private slips for watercraft up to 35 feet in length. Please request a dock space upon booking your reservation.

By far this has been the best experience we have ever had using VRBO. The property was exactly as described. The home was impeccable upon arrival and the host was incredibly responsive. The beds are super comfortable and we had ample space. The amenities are lovely with the dock, pool and fire pit. Beautiful sunsets and great proximity to lots of fun activities. The property is gorgeous! We have been coming to Islamorada for over 20 years and this new property was perfect for our stay with 6 people. Great location, walking distance to everything. Our children loved the private pool, community pool and the dock fishing was great for our children as well. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. This property will not disappoint! The community has a laid-back Keys vibe, and the home is beautifully decorated. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving when the weather was perfect. Enjoyed the bicycles and paddleboards, as well as hanging in the plunge pool watching football on the big screen and relaxing. Giovanna was the perfect host. We hope to stay again soon.

The house was well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than most rentals. There were plug-in air fresheners in every bathroom which we unplugged upon arrival because we prefer unscented interiors. The plunge pool was a great place to relax in the afternoons. This property was beautiful... great space, has all the amenities. We loved the location and the setting. Having the private plunge pool was fabulous for having a cocktail after dinner. The dock was perfect for the boat and also seeing all the wildlife (manatee, fish, baby sharks). We took sunset cruises out into the harbor each night. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Awesome property. House is beautiful on the inside. Location is amazing. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, breweries and a grocery store. Hosts are extremely kind and accommodating. Would recommend without hesitation. Only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms upstairs doesn’t have a door (the room w/ bunk beds) and which added some difficulty when it came to sleeping arrangements for our son. But other than that, place was perfect!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality design and comfort of the house. The private outdoor area is nicer than the photos. Very well appointed, good appliances, great layout for 4 adults and a few kids. Location is perfect for Islamorada lovers. Dockage is convenient. Owner is extremely accommodating and communicative. Whatever inevitable minor issues or questions arose were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Neighbors are friendly and the complex is quiet and private. Overall a terrific experience!

We had the most wonderful experience in this home. The owner has impeccable taste and the house is so cute, modern and well appointed. The house is located in a small group of 6 town homes. Everyone is super friendly and there is a little area on the bay where there are a few lunge chairs and you can watch sunset. There is also a community pool in addition to the individual pool at the house. The owner was great at communicating and was very accommodating. We hope to return next year! Our family of 5 adults spent 2 weeks over the holidays. We have visited the keys many times over the past 20 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The home is beautiful and well-appointed. We rented a boat and utilized the dock, which worked out great. The pool is very nice and the heat can be turned up to function as a hot tub, which was awesome on a few of the cool days. We had a private chef dinner (Chris' Clearwater Charters) at the home and the kitchen had everything needed and more. The location is perfect with many restaurants and bars within an easy walk. Communication was outstanding and check-in was a breeze. Owners were close by and very responsive during our stay. Just an awesome place and we can't wait to go back!

This property is everything you need and then some. Cleanliness was top notch. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of supplies to meet our baking & meal preparation needs. Both pools are beautifully maintained & we used them frequently. We met some of the neighbors who were very polite & friendly. Everyone enjoyed using the paddle boards. We even got to see a manatee!! Our favorite spot was the upstairs, covered porch.. playing cards, watching the sunset or taking a nap in the hammock chair. Thanks Giovanna, we'll spread the word about your amazing property!!

This place is amazing - you will not regret staying here. They house is extremely clean and decorations are well thought out. The layout of the house is very comfortable in the fact that there are three bedrooms all on the top floor along with two full bathrooms which made night time with littles easy and mornings a breeze for everyone getting ready. The beds, sheets, pillows are high end and very comfortable. In fact our daughter is now begging us for a new bed that compares to what she stayed on here. The personal plunge pool was the highlight of the trip with our kids - they would have been happy to stay at the VRBO in the pool the whole time if we let them. Of course there are so many fun family things to do in the keys that we did not do that but it made coming back to the VRBO extremely easy and relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again on our future trips to the Keys. Thank you Giovanna for your amazing communication throughout our trip which greatly helped to make this a relaxing comfortable vacation for our family!
