"Asides from the great service and hospitality, the property has an amazing nordik spa along with amazing view points. I found myself going on the view trails every sunrise and sunset. Really recommend the stay here it’s not like anything else. "

"The staff are exceptional. The views are incredible. The hotel is in the central part of the park so it's easy to get to lots of other activities. It's our favorite hotel of the trip and well worth the money."

"I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property. Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires."
