"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful.
However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention:
- the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor
- the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed
- the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush
We took care of those issues...

"Our unit was a 2BR plus loft with 3 full baths. The master has a King, the 2nd bedroom has two queens and the loft/den area has a queen size bunk bed. Both bedrooms and the loft/den are on the second floor of the unit. The unit was quite comfortable, but does not have air conditioning should you be visiting in the summer. The unit was clean but shows some signs of age and the bathrooms while adequate are not fancy. Parking in the garage, while tight for larger vehicles (we had a GMC Yukon)...

"Stayed here for ski trip. Location is just a short walk / drive to Gondola that goes up to Peak 8. (Gondola is free). Behind the building was the major shopping districts and restaurants. Also a short walk. The kitchen was adequately stocked but a little small. All in all it was worth the expense. "

"My husband broke his leg and was unable to travel. We reached out to both Hotels.com and the Village at Breck V4224 and neither was able to change the date for our stay. We are very disappointed."

"Very comfortable bed, nice linens, very clean. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the large bathrooms. One or two small minor issues -the tv system was complicated and we never really figured it out and the ice maker did not work in fridge. Other than that, we loved it. "

"Check in was very easy. Kitchen is well-stocked compared to most rentals we've stayed at in the area. Everything was clean and as-described in the listing. Did run into a plumbing issue but Amanda replied and resolved the issue promptly (thanks again!). The property is in a great/convenient location, close to a lot of various activities. Only minor complaint is how noisy traffic can be on Ski Hill Rd (which the property backs right up to), but not much can be done about that. :) Our group had a blast and we plan to stay here again sometime!"
"Everything about our stay was great. The only issue we had was finding the light switch for the kitchenette. It was behind the TV. We loved everything about the lodge especially the staff. Great location with the gondola on the property that takes you downtown. The look of the place is awesome!"
