The home is perfect for a large group, with two large living rooms, a pool table, a hot tub, and a gaming area. We were able to walk back and forth to town (it’s a couple miles, but a beautiful hike) and also enjoyed the immediate surroundings. The home has two refrigerators, two coffee makers, two kitchen trash cans, and two ovens, which are super handy with a large group. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 12-person group had a marvelous stay at the Sawmill Run Lodge. The lodge is within a 5-min walk to the top of the Breckenridge ski resort. We enjoyed multiple hikes, rides on the gondola, rented mountain bikes and flew down the biking trails, were close to town to purchase necessities and enjoy the local downtown attractions. The property is spacious. Everyone was able to spread out nicely. Also one of the best beds I've slept on outside of my house. Thank you for the extra pillows. The house is pretty close to other houses on the block and the outdoor seating area / hot tub faces the road, so there isn't a lot of privacy.
