The water in the shower didn’t get hot only warm. I was charged a hold at the check in that was not disclosed when booking through Expedia and was told it would be returned. The hold was not returned. parking charged per night and extra resort fees even if there was a resort fee paid when booking through Expedia. The front desk person who was a woman during check out was rude when I asked for clarification on the extra resort charges that were not disclosed during booking. Clean and quiet. Could of used some instruction on the 5 remotes or what channels were included. Great whirlpool tub and wonderful location. Very walkable. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. Construction going on outside and not all the hot tubs were open but not needed at this time of year.
