You can take an 8 minute walk to the beach or park your car at the convenient public parking access that's only .4 miles from the house. The Sun Princess has its own huge pool with gated entrances. Covered parking for 6 vehicles. The deck is large enough to enjoy dining at the 6 ft. picnic tables or just enjoying the great weather. Very secure location. Video surveillance via exterior cameras in carports.

Loved the stay!

Property was very nice and clean! We loved the location as the beach was in walking distance which really helped our night time crab hunts! The pool was very clean and pleasant but can get a little warm after the heat of the day. All the extra beach goodies were a bonus as well! We even left some more good stuff for the next group to have fun with! We had a blast!

Family vacation

Beautiful duplex home. Perfect location. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool. Short 8 min walk to the beach. We had 8 adults and 2 children very comfortable and plenty of room. Everything was perfect. Communication was great. Thank you for sharing your place.

Overall great place! “A” side door handle is missing a set screw and falls off every time the door closes. Super annoying, but if that is the only complaint that is a major win. Would recommend this place to anyone! Love the private pool and beach was just a couple minutes away.

We had a great stay! Only one issue with the pool for a couple days but owners worked it out to make it right! Enjoyed the property with 3sets of family, plenty of room for all us, liked the pool and patio spaces! Little walk to the beach but would definitely stay again!

Gulf Shores Vaca from Iowa

This was a great stay. Lorraine was absolutely wonderful. We had 15 plus an infant and had no problem with room. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach , which was easily walkable. We tried several of the restaurants Lorraine suggested and they didn’t fail. There is so much to do! We loved our Gulf Shores vacation and our stay at the Sun Princess! Thanks, Lorraine!

Everything was very nice , a short walk to beach or drive to the public parking spot if we had a bunch of things to bring to the beach . Very relaxing and we would definitely come back again !

Great location

We found the Sun Princess to be a great location near the beach. Unfortunately, the pool was out of commission for our stay, but Lorraine made up for that. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but we loved having 2 separate units for our stay. The units were clean and had everything we needed.

Family Vacay

My family, along with my in-laws and all the siblings and cousins, came to Gulf Shores for the first trip of its kind in 20 years and it was spectacular. Our house was an easy walk, one block from the beach. The kids loved that we had a pool they could jump in at any hour as well! Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

The house was in a great location! The house was clean and looked exactly as it was pictured online. The homeowners were very easy to get in contact with and were extremely accommodating. My group was very lucky to find this rental, we had a wonderful trip with zero complaints!!

Perfect for our family group

We had grandparents and 2 families staying. Beach was a short drive away. House had everything we needed. Even games and puzzles. Kids loved the pool.

Home away from home

We rented both sides and were instantly impressed with the size and cleanliness of the property! Our multifamily group of 12 had plenty of room to have our own space and not feel like we were packed in. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the constant breeze on the deck. We loved our time in the Sun Princess!

We had a great stay this past week. There was plenty of room for our family group of 16. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The layout was great. The pool was a big hit as well. We will consider renting this property in the future, if it is available for our dates. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good place, good location

• Located just a short walk to the beach in the heart of Beach Blvd • Good size pool and deck • Lots of space to gather outside • Nice view of the ocean • Well stocked with plates, cups and basic utensils • Make sure to bring your own BBQ utensils; only short plastic ones in the house • HDTV antenna for TV but no cable • internet connection was spotty at best; had troubles maintaining connection • mattress in master suite of A side was very uncomfortable
