Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not make or strip the beds and leave all towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
Please remove and place all trash in the trash chute, located on each floor behind the elevator between the C and D Wing.
Please dispose of all food, including any food in the refrigerator and freezer, which you cannot take with you. Please leave our plastic food storage containers for the next guests. Start Dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was perfect. Comfortable beds. Living room was very comfortable also. Furniture seemed to be fairly new. Although the only thing we "cooked" was coffee, the kitchen seemed well stocked. This was our first trip to Orange Beach, Very happy with our stay

Young Family Spring break

Very well kept unit. Elevator didn’t work for visit, pool heater was out but was fixed while there. Regardless, this place was in a great location, able to walk out back of resort to very clean beach. Once pool heater was fixed the pool was great. Friendly maintain crew. I would definitely stay in this unit again!!! Extensive bike trails across the street.

Beach was not crowded, Great location about 15 from our activities, outlet mall etc. Beach towels would be nice if provided. Classy place....suggestions upgrade toliet paper & paper towels and provide more trash bags.

Wonderful but needs some fixes!!

The trio was wonderful. The condo is beautifully decorated. The bed in the small bedroom needs a new mattress. Worst/lack of sleep ever. The toilet in the small bathroom rocks very bad. Def needs to be fixed. Would I stay again? Only if the two items were fixed.

Very Comfortable Oceanview Condo

This beach condo was the perfect place for us to relax, reset and unplug. Kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dishes, glassware, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, basically everything. Comfortable cushioned patio furniture. Beautiful ocean views. The condo is extremely clean and nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator was clean. The washer and dryer are a stacked full-size. The beach sand is wonderful. The pool was clean and refreshing, never crowded. We rented the beach chairs and umbrella for seven days. Very convenient. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The manager reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We will definitely return here.
