View, location, quiet.

The best location - this property is the last building before the state park so there are no crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We watched dolphins swimming by early morning and late evening. Spectacular sun rises and sun sets.

Very clean and comfortable but codes for fitness room and pools were wrong. Took half a day to get straightened out. Prop mgr attentive but unable to quickly get help. Had to go on a scavenging hunt to find amenities.

Beautiful Beachfront

We came for the beach, and this property didn't disappoint. The waterfront view is great, and keyless access makes it a simple elevator ride to the beach. We paid to have an umbrella and chairs set up each day, making even less to haul back and forth. Compared to nearby areas, the beach was less crowded and had a chill vibe. Terrific restaurants and shops were a short walk away, or you could drive. We saved a bunch by eating at the condo. The unit was well-appointed with kitchen items, detergent for the washer/dryer and dishwasher, and even a box fan (great for white noise.) The décor was homey and comfortable. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit. Would definitely recommend and hope to return someday.

No safety chain/deadbolt on the door!

I could write all about what was right and wrong publicly but there are two take aways we want for anyone who reads this review: Our first concern upon entering the unit was noticing there was no safety chain or deadbolt on the front door, and sure enough by the end of the week a pest control technician walked in on us without giving me time to get to the peephole. The second is that the bed in the unit was unacceptable. It had two huge divots where two people would sleep so it was like sleeping in a hammock upside down. Comfort and safety - and we didn't feel like we had either by the end of the week. What did we pay for?

Nice location. Condo was clean. Check in was poor as room was not ready at 4.

Very difficult to reach property manager. I emailed twice with no response, although I think they contacted housekeepers after sending email that room was not ready. Tried calling the 24/7 number but wait was 2 hours to get a response. Disappointing start but after that, the stay was nice. FYI- master sink faucet very loose and dishwasher rack is broken.

Nice condo

Overall I enjoyed staying in this unit. The location was perfect for my wants; to not be in the middle of the busy area and have a little less crowded beach. Parking: I appreciated the coded gate entrance and security. Condo: This is definitely an older building but it posed no issues.The room was clean. The bed could use a new mattress or just a topper because there was dips in it but I wouldn’t say it made it completely uncomfortable. The master bathroom was a little tight but nothing that can be done about that and it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. I appreciated the amount of toilet paper left in the unit along with dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs. We were able to check in early which was very nice. Thank you Vacasa for actually letting me know I could. Elevators: quick and reliable. Did not have to deal with long wait times at all. Probably also a result of coming in October. Beach: I liked the walkway to the beach. The beach area is nice. One of the main reasons I picked this building is because it is next door to the state park leaving a lot of the beach area on that side less busy. Check in/ check out: The process was a breeze. When checking out it was asked to start the dishwasher and strip bed linens. I feel that was a minimal task and had no problem doing it so hopefully the next guests can get lucky like us and check in early.

Great stay with great views!

The property was awesome and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The only negative we experienced was another unit doing renovations and using power tools and saws on the balcony. It was during day hours so I did not complain. Other that that, no troubles at all. We loved it and would stay again!!

Ocean front condo

We loved this condo. It was very clean. The king bed was so comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins play. The state park is right down the road and there are so many close restaurants to chose from.
