"Even though there is obvious work going on at the hotel, the room was quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was nice and had plenty of choice. Even had veggie sausages which ive not seen before. We had a free room upgrade which was a ni e surprise. The staff were pleasant and polite. Highly recommended. "

Only thing missing was live entertainment in the bar which could easily cater to a piano. Would add some real feeling to a wasted space. We were there for 8 days"

"Service at reception - did not answer my calls when I knew someone was there. Not really as welcoming as I thought either, when arriving there. I have also been charged £42 unnecessarily on my credit card. I was told at the end of the stay that I should have any charges and that it should reverse out in next few days (in addition to the deposit that I had paid)."

"Stayed for a recent visit to Manchester for a visit to the AO arena, lovely hotel nice bar area where we waited for our rooms to be available, every member of staff we dealt with were very friendly and hardworking, made sure everything we just right for us which is was. Special mention to Eduardo who was fantastic. We parked in the university car park which was £16.50 and just next door. We got a mini bus taxi into the city and it was only £11.
