For the price, this had everything we wanted - access to a well equipped gym, sauna and steam room, king bed and decent breakfast. Staff weren’t overly helpful / customer service wasn’t great overall but in terms of facilities - the room was good, bed was comfy and the breakfast we added was good. Would definitely stay here again for a stop off if doing a long drive across the country again.

Room clean but slight odour. Staff were friendly and breakfast decent. More signs / info needed eg how to use entry barriers in lobby, how to use heating control in room and the fact that the heated towel rail switch is outside the bathroom, very low down on the wall. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and spa is excellent.

Good hotel, nice and clean, pool good. Staff friendly. Bedroom good size, beds could have been better made up, sheets crinkled. When you approach the hotel it is not the picture you see on the site.

A great place to stay, very peaceful. pool, sauna, spa etc were really enjoyable and high end. room was perfect. staff were lovely and helpful. only issues: the gym is constantly busy and the food options aren’t great. small portions for the price and wasn’t very kid friendly
