Little Bent is a beautiful detached cottage on the Staffordshire Moorlands/Peak District border. With spacious lawns/gardens, a large parking area and its own 3 acre safe, 6ft securely fenced dog freedom field attached Little Bent cottage is a luxury self catering holiday cottage which sleeps up to 6 adults. You can unwind in peace and tranquility in the midst of spectacular rural countryside. Spend days out walking The Coombes or wander around local market towns and picturesque villages, or visit the wealth of historic buildings,and gardens such as Biddulph Grange. Little Bent is well located near the historic market town of Leek, and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The area offers wonderful opportunities to explore the ceramics trail, go geocaching, enjoy adventure and excitement. There are many attractions within a short drive, Alton Towers(9miles), Rudyard Lake and The Churnet Valley Railway , and the Manifold Valley. The area offers wonderful walking, riding, cycling and climbing opportunities. The wow factor is the location which offers stunning views. Cottage and grounds incuding field absolutely amazing. Completely enclosed for dogs. Beautiful area with lots to do. Family went to Alton towers which was 20 minutes away. The house is so comfortable and clean, a rural location that we wanted but near enough to shops for food , petrol etc. One of the best parts for us was the secure outside space for the dogs, they had an amazing time charging around outside ! Great walks nearby or many places of interest a shortish drive away. A very welcome homemade cake, milk and eggs on arrival, not forgetting the doggy biscuits. A Really good family bathroom, comfortable bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and lounge area , a great place to stay and enjoy family/friend time together.
