Staff were very friendly. Room was quite dark. One small garbage can for the entire suite. Good location and lots of parking.

You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.

The room was very clean and spacious! The best part of our stay was the staff. Every person we dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. The doorman/valet was the nicest man and made sure I had a spot to plug in my EV during my stay. I think his name was Herb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victoria that is central and close to all the main sites. I will stay here in the future for sure.

We were bikepacking around Vancouver over the long weekend. Before and after our stay at the inn we were able to leave a bag which was very kind and allowed us to see lots of local sights. The breakfast was great, especially the coffee and pancakes. Highly recommend this place.
