All good onlybsuggest coffee in rooms

Main thing to know: this lodge also rents out privately owned condos- that is key information that would have stopped me from booking. Cleanliness was ok, there was a lot of residue in the tubs and on the floor, a “locked out” room was visible with used bedding in clear sight. “Condo” appeared very old with limited to no remodeling. View was across the lot Into another condo. Staff hung up on me when a supervisor was requested within a timeframe, also very rude and short with me upon checkout. Over all the property was ok, but I was very put off and disappointed. Ended up saying elsewhere, after one night, having a much nicer experience.

Clean room & friendly staff.

Quiet room, comfortable bed. Nice to have a restaurant & bar onsite, just wish the bar was open past 9pm

This was the worst experience ever. The staff were awful and rude, they tried to charge for TINY "stains" on a towel and bedsheet and upon checkout were talking amongst themselves right in front of me trying to figure out what to do next when I required my deposit back, I basically had to force them to talk to me where they then tried to tell me they were going to charge my card if they found anything wrong after leaving, after trying to charge me for the linens! I have stayed at many, MANY hotels and have never had any one of them try and find the smallest excuse to keep extra money from me. On top of this, The hottub was broken, the stay was not top tier and I have NEVER in my life been treated so horribly by hotel staff, DO NOT STAY HERE. It was the WORST.
