The staff were very helpful and friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. Some work was going on but it wasn't a distraction or a disturbance. Front end staff were also very friendly and in the morning Julie made sure we knew about values offered by the hotel. We would gladly stay again.

Wearing ice cleats will enhance your exploring options and increase safety; just be slow on the bridge in winter as snow has built up especially in the center and shadows can make it difficult to see that. We did get to walk down to the river level and went right into the center of rock under the actual natural bridge! Could hear the water below us. Awesome especially as we've been there in summer too.
