"Amazing staff, amazing management. I have stayed in hotels through work for the last 15 years…. I have also travelled to 25 other countries. This is a really family friendly hotel. Amazing views, amazing location and friendly staff. I called front desk on my drive from Kelowna and she made sure things went smooth. Pool is super clean, indoor and room temperature (22 degrees) when the weather outside is around approximately 5 degrees."
