Moss Landing State Wildlife Area is six miles away, where you'll have an array of gorgeous wildlife to gaze out at and admire. If you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse of the migratory birds that land on the shore! Inside the home, you'll immediately notice the high vaulted ceilings in the spacious living area decorated with lovely paintings, a bright chandelier overhead, and comfortable furnishings. Step out into the back and sit down on the sectional couch and lay your head down on one of its crimson pillows for a power nap. The beach is within walking distance, where you can hear the sound of the waves crashing in peacefulness. Use the full kitchen and its stainless steel appliances for an all-out dinner later in the evening! The electric fireplace will add ambience with a gorgeous view directly from the comfort of your chairs near the windows. You'll also have on-site activities to participate in, such as tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, pool, spa, and volleyball court. House and hot tub were spotless, location was amazing, with direct access to beach down a boardwalk through the dunes, a one minute walk. The layout of the house was lovely and the views of the dunes and tea were just wonderful. It felt very airy, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed exploring nearby Moss Landing and seeing all the marine wildlife. Only improvements would be to perhaps improve the blinds at the windows which were a bit flimsy and some of our clothes got spoilt by the washing machine, which probably needs a good clean. Although it was a little cool, it was still a great place to be together. The setting was perfect, the townhouse was just as it was shown on the website. It was very clean and well equipped. The only thing we found was the bath tubs were very slick for showering, the spices were old or lacking completely, so just bring your own if you plan on cooking. Apr 12, 2024 #### Location is fantastic! The location of this property was a dream come true. We were looking for a place with an ocean view and easy access to the beach. This property filled that desire perfectly. It is also located in a gated community which made it feel more exclusive and secure. The property itself fit our needs very well. I will say that there are a lot of stairs, so it is not a good fit for anyone with mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again! ##### Aubrey N. It fit all of our needs. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. One kid slept on the couch and it was so comfy. We did have an ant issue in one of the downstairs bathrooms. We would have loved a box fan for each room to help push in the cool air from the windows since there is no AC. The beach is so close! The hot tub was small but nice. Rented this property for the weekend as I was looking for a place to work over the weekend with a view for total relaxation and comfort...this property did ALL that and MORE! Absolutely stunning views built on the dunes and the layout of the property is ideal for a family beach vacation or a couples retreat. Home had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, bed was comfortable, nice to have private/covered parking, and outdoor areas were vast and inviting. Be sure you stop to gather groceries and other personal things needed as the closest stores are a minimum minute drive. Highly recommend! ##### Danielle S. Apr 14, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Questionable Cleaning The location, neighborhood and proximity to beach was outstanding. However the cleanliness was not what I expected. Bathroom was not cleaned there were not bath towels in either of the downstairs bathrooms only hand towels. Kitchen glasses and silverware needed to be washed again before use. Also a couple of blankets had satins on them I find it very unfair that these rental properties have such high cleaning costs and then the place is not clean. For the cost they are charging I shouldn’t have to do any cleaning or washing before I leave. Very disappointing and unfair and the cost always seem to be very subjective. ##### E.H. B.
