We enjoyed our stay in this home. The property was just as described and was perfect for our visit to Cape Coral. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The pool and lanai gave us added enjoyment. The kitchen was well equipped. Family room TV was awesome! Hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful experience at property. Elaine was very accommodating. The decor was 5 star and given the fact being in the home furnishings business for over 30 years this is a true compliment!Everything was included from all cooking utensils and cookware, high end bedding, I could go on, but it felt like being at home. The pool and outdoor seating were very nice. We felt very safe in home and neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again!Thank you for such a beautiful stay 🙏.

Awww man, where do I start. My stay at this rental was stupendous. All around clean. Central air made the stay cozy. Pool and laundry made the stay pretty relaxing. Would definitely come back!

Cape Family Stay

The house was clean and in a good location. One thing to note is there's no kitchen/dining room table. It was cold a couple weeks we stayed and it made eating meals a little more challenging. Over all the house was well appointed.

Relaxation during graduation

We were in town for our son’s graduation from FGCU. The home was very comfortable and provided a relaxing oasis as we attended graduation and moved him out of the dorms and prepared to haul his belongings back to the Midwest. Elaine was very responsive to our needs.

Amazing vacation!!

Sometimes you never know what you’ll get when you rent a property. We we’re so pleased when we got to the house and walked in. It was everything we could have hoped for. Then, we went to the back yard and it blew our minds. Amazing spot. The property owner was a incredibly responsive to any of our questions and helped us when we needed some quick solutions. I recommend this property for all, but our kids loved the pool and the amenities. Wonderful stay.

We loved this house!

We came down to go shelling around the area beaches. We usually go to Topsail NC, but this house and area may have changed that. The house is gorgeous, what an opportunity to buy this house...lucky owners. The layout is great, the master bedroom is very large and the shower in the master bath is huge. We loved the patio area and spent most of our time out there morning, day and night. We loved everything about this house and are now looking at areas for our own snow bird home in a few years. Reserve it, you won't regret it!

It was love at first sight! Beginning at the moment, I parked and immediately after opening the entry door, I was awestruck. Everything that makes dreams come true was strategically in place! I wanted for nothing! I was overcome with emotions of appreciation, as I walked throughout the living spaces and the patio / pool area. In every direction I envisioned moments of entertaining family and friends perfectly! Thank you for allowing me to experience your lovely home. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Family weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. Traveling was my mom and her gf both more grandmas and then my son ( about 2) and I. So a girls plus my toddler trip. This house was perfect for us but especially my son. So many great pool toys, the ledge, the space in the pool area and especially the water jets. We all had own space and could have invited more. The location was great and felt safe. I even got a few runs in around the neighborhood being a runner and wanting to start the spring running as I live in an all four season state of Mn. We choose to do the trip because winter just wouldn’t let go. We loved Cape Coral and everything was near by. We hit up a Fort Myers beach, Love Boat Ice cream and live pinchers as well. We were able to grill one evening and everyone was there for our needs and perfect. I even thought a trip with my gfs with kids would be a blast or another similar to this. Highly recommend. Host was exceptional on communication and accommodations. Loved and would love to come back.

This house has everything you could need or want for a family vacation!

We had a fantastic week at this home. I, my son, and his two friends thoroughly enjoyed not only the house and pool, but the video game in the bunk room, and the grill, flat-top grill, pool, TV, and all the seating areas on the lanai! And, the contact/owner was so responsive to any questions or requests that we had.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home that had all of the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool and grilling out nightly with all of the great seating areas outside. My 5 y/o granddaughter said “I don’t want to go home. I want to stay here!” Communication was great and our request to check out late was very helpful with a child. We also enjoyed the beach accessories provided. We will be back when we visit again!
