"Smooth check in
Advised to change room from suite where sofa bed not appropriate for kids to double room. Very honest input from Mohammed at check out. Gave lots of options.
Room had poor AC control though, room for some rea9 was really hot. Luckily had a fan in the room. Breakfast decent. Electric charging point x 1, short cable so had to adjust car. Uses bp pulse app. Extended check out at £10 per hour. I feel this should be free in non busy periods. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

"This was our second time in this hotel. Really is a lovely hotel. The service in the hotel restaurant “Vicinity” could be better as we waited a little over 20 minutes to be seated even with a booking but we are looking at our next trip to london & this hotel "
