"Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is stunning, dimly lit with twinkling lights across the ceiling, gorgeous and unique artwork throughout, and the entire place smelled incredible the moment you walked in. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive. Our room was immaculate, the shower pressure was amazing, and the hot water came almost instantly. The location was perfect and within walking distance to so many cafés, bars, shops, and Notre-Dame. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again."

"Cute hotel. Parking was not close, had to haul luggage down cobblestone streets. Wish it had valet service. Hotel was hard to find; it was on a pedestrian street. GPS gave wrong directions. Bathroom has no counter space however shower was huge. Had trouble with the TV, cable box was almost at ceiling, on top of cabinet."

"On a zéro dormit car on ne nous avait pas aviser qu'il y avait une chansonnière et que la piscine était ouverte jusqu'à 22h00, donc avec des enfants de 4 ans sur le bord du balcon, je peux vous dire que ca été très pénible! En plus on nous demande l'âge des enfants, me semble qu'on pourrait le préciser quand on arrive . Et pour l'entretien de la piscine et des chambres, un peu d'amour à mettre, trappe d'air dans la douche, une grosse trace de vieille flaque de pipi sur le matelas du lit examotable, pas de cast sur la télé ou de réseau sur la télé, bouffe pas fameuse le soir mais pour le brunch c'était pas si mal (mais le quart du staff avait l'air pas content d'être là, sauf pour 3 madames qui était vraiiiiment gentilles) Il y a vraiment place à beeeeaucoup d'amélioration. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel malheureusement!"

"The Hotel Port Royal is a wonderful place to stay in Quebec City. It is close to the old city and numerous shops, restaurants and shopping. The staff are wonderfully accommodating. When they saw that my wife used a mobility chair thsy upgraded is to a room more suitabe than the one we reserved. A top notch operation"
