Even though they say 24x7 check in, the front desk is closed for hours at a time everyday. I travelled for 6 hours and met someone else who had travelled for 14 hours and both of us had to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk was also closed the next morning when I had a question to ask

Hotel rooms i used were a little shabby, I had to change room on day 2 of 7 when the toilet did not work and the shower would not turn off. Beds were very comfortable. Second room started smelling badly in the toilet on day 5\. Booked and paid on Hotels.com before arrival but was told i had not on ...
