Stylish 2 bed/2 bath condo in the heart of Avon at the base of Beaver Creek. Great location along the Eagle River, just a short walk away from the Bear lot and free Beaver Creek shuttle, Nottingham Lake and a variety of shops and restaurants. This charming garden level unit features a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, walk out patio, washer/dryer, ski & snowboard storage and assigned outdoor parking.

A lot of care went into making the interior of the condo and its amenities warm & inviting. Cozy up with a book by the fire after a day on the slopes or hiking. Rest & restore in the comfortable king size bed made up with premium linens. The twin daybed in the guest room is perfect for streaming your favorite series or movie on a large Samsung flatscreen.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to make any meal (including a raclette machine!) and features a dining nook open to the living room and the beautiful view outside.
The location is super convenient. Vail is just a 15 minute drive away. Copper, Breckenridge, and Keystone are within an hour drive. For cross country skiers, there are several forest roads within 30 minutes with the Vail and various golf course tracks also nearby. In the summer, enjoy endless nearby hikes, lake & river activities and even ziplining!

I was happy with everything. except TV is located in bedroom not living room. Clean and easy to use bus system (blueline bus) to get to lifts. short bus ride.

This condo is just adorable! Cudos to the owners for the eclectic and comfortable decor. The condo seriously has everything you need and has a very calming feel to the space. The location is great and easy to get to parking for Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. I would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed this condo. It’s very well furnished, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook! Communication with the property manager was great! We walked to the bear lot and took shuttles to ski all weekend!
