Get Beach Happy in the Courtyard at Avila - great location

Courtyard at Avila is a favorite among guests! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The two-story condo is located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area, bathroom and second bedroom are handicap accessible. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite(king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); living room has a queen sleeper sofa; and the loft area has a queen bed, 2 twins and 1 twin sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 11 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs. There is dining for 12 guests (dining table 6 + outdoor table 4 + bar stools 2). For additional inside dining there is a banquet table + folding chairs.

Great condo and location is amazing

A family member was coming down the stair with sandals on and carrying something in one hand. Steps are too slippery and caused her to fall. Only one request is that the stair case should have some kind of grip material put on them.

Celebrated Birthday

The place was well kept and nice. Had all accommodations with coffee pots, silverware, plates, towels. Seven sisters was easy to work with when checking in and out. They were in communications all times making it possible to check in early if needed. I highly recommend staying at Beach Happy.

Awesome Avila Getaway

We had a lovely time at this rental while in Avila. The location was perfect. Has a cute gated courtyard where we enjoyed sitting. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the comforts of home. Will definitely stay there again when we are up in the area.

Avila Beach Condo Review

Great place, clean, nice, comfortable furniture, airy. Location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and shops. My only issue was with checking in, the instructions to get into the garage were not clear about where the hide-a-key is located. It's actually located on the parking stall, not behind the large garbage dumpsters which is what the instructions had listed. Instructions for the keypad to get into the unit could be more specific as well, i.e., requires you to turn the lock a specific way after the code has been entered.

I would stay here again

Very nice property with excellent location walkable to all that Avila Beach has to offer. It was a bit confusing finding the correct driveway because of how we drive in but we figured it out. Sometimes the property managers got back to us quickly but a few times there was no response. I was confused about dishes and they were very quick to respond. Before booking I asked about A/C which seems to have been updated in the listing (no A/C but a central fan circulates air plus a few standing fans) but I didn’t get an email back. While there I filled a fix it request about light bulbs and never heard back. The loft upstairs was great for the kids but without the breakfast nook lights working there was no place to sit and have a light on inside while they or the other bedrooms had sleeping people. Extra chairs out on the patio would have been nice too. In all, lots of fans, blankets, pillows and comfort. The location really was great. Big fridge, lots of dishes and cooking things (although not nonstick).

Wonderful Location in Avila Beach

This is the 4th time we've stayed in this sweet, gated housing complex only a block from the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The floorplan was a little trickier than we realized with a steep spiral staircase up to a loft that sleeps 5 people very tight/no privacy. House is also a little dark and bit of a choppy floorplan but we made it work and truly had a wonderful time. It's probably not ideal for small children (staircase) or anybody unfit. Perfect for very close friends who don't mind the lack of privacy. Everything was spotless and decorated beautifully! :)
