"The location is why we picked this hotel. We also enjoyed the fire pits at The Deck and up on the third floor patio. However when we were checking in at 4 pm, we were informed that our room was not ready, we had to wait for almost 20 min. The lady in the front desk was not even apologetic about it, and no effort was made for service recovery. It seems like they did not care. The walls were also very thin so we heard kids running around the hallway and in the rooms next to ours."

"The staff was amazing and provided an after hours flawless check in. The rooms were extremely clean and the price was so reasonable. Our stay was only for 1 night but I would highly recommend to stay if you are just passing through or spending more time in the Morro Bay area. Thank you again for your hospitality."
