Dirty carpets, rotting baseboards in bathroom and broken blinds in bedroom and family room. Shower needs an upgraded shower head. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment was very quiet and easy parking. I think it’s in some sort of transition, so might improve in the future. Very close to the beach. Great communication. ##### Joyce M.
