I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was .. but more so, the ease of check in.. I requested an early check in and actually had my son and his new bride stay in the room and it was all no problem! It all worked out so well! Thank you!

When we arrived we were put in a room that was not what I had paid for. Super small no A/C ( there is no a/c at all) and the ceiling fan didn’t work and it was facing the driveway. I went to the lobby and told the young lady about it and she had no problem switching the room to what I reserved in the first place. Bed was comfy but the room itself is very old! It was not clean, dirty floors and unclean shower and tub. Water pressure was very low, hard to rinse out my hair. Oh and No elevator! We were upstairs and I have a really difficult time with stairs. We will not be staying there again. Parking was hard
