"Rooms are not clean and higenic. WiFi is disgusting don’t have signal at all. They overcharge almost 3x or 4x during our stay than the normal rates . For that charge they even not providing complementary breakfast"

"Noisy rooms. We could hear the conversation from either the room below or next door. Also, avoid the room next to the staff supply room - they run an incredibly loud machine rather early (washing machine?) I suspect going through Expedia or other websites rather than the Inn itself results in getting the worst rooms of the class booked. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool area is clean and pleasant. You don't really hear freeway noise even though it is nearby. A good, basic room. Clean."

"Upon arrival, the person at the desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. Can't say enough positive things about him. No problems with the room or parking, except that entering/leaving the lot there is a significant dip. So if you have a low-slung car, you have to be careful. While the breakfast was nice, it was really crowded. I'm unsure what the hotel can do about that. I'd have no problem recommending this place to others."

"We had a nice stay here, the room was cozy and the property was beautiful. We were a little disappointed with the restaurant and cafe on sight and felt they both lacked depth/flavour etc (and were quite overpriced for the value) and the restaurant unfortunately just wasn’t run very well which took away from the experience. It’s nice that there is a trail on the grounds down the cliff to the water however we weren’t able to do it bc it was very steep and we had our dog (our feet were sliding so we aborted, we are both quite fit and found the trail was not well maintained/a little unsafe). Maybe if we didn’t have pup in the backpack and weren’t as fearful of falling with him we would have done it, the couple behind us went for it and one of them fell down and slid on their bum for a bit."

"Who I assume are the owners at the front desk were super friendly and kind people, the room was nice and clean and the location was great with many local businesses within walking distance and conveniently located near Hearst castle. This place had an indoor pool that was open and great fresh coffee and snack in the morning, I would definitely recommend Coast Riders inn."
