« My wife and I loved our stay here! We were here for almost two months and really enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-kept. We especially loved the fresh farm eggs that was included in the fridge and the peaceful view of the open field from the front door. « Our family had a wonderful stay here for our son's CalPoly graduation... unit was very clean and located in the center of Pismo close enough to the beach for our family of surfers to walk to the waves. I communicated with the property manager on a few tiny issues, and she quickly responded with help. The only small recommendations I would give would be for 1) a binder in the unit that gives instructions (where is the washer? can we access the garage? etc.) and also a few basic cleaning...

« I love the location. Next to restaurants and a bar right next door. View of the little river from the back deck. You could even go right out the back way and down the stairs.Beautifully decorated and very clean. They even had some beer in the fridge for us! We stayed two week nights and the noise from the outdoor bar directly next did pick up around 9 PM but since all the bedrooms are facing away from that area it wasn't an issue. My son slept in the family room so he reported the noise to me....

"que dire j y suis resté 2 nuits et la première nuit fut une catastrophe, évier de la salle de bain bouché, en pleine nuit la porte de la salle de bain verrouiller de l intérieur impossible de la rouvrir. Pas de ménage fait durant les 2 jours, bruyant car trés proche de l autoroute, petit dej plus que moyen pratiquement rien a manger a part une pomme, et un muffin, en gros passer votre chemin il y a plein d autres hotels plus bas dans la rue qui sont bcp mieux et moins cher. le seul point positif est le petit exterieur individuel"
