« We booked this place for our last night of our honeymoon, but when we arrived, we could not even get in. We had never received any information, including any emails, messages, or anything. When we tried to call and text multiple times, over the course of 30 minutes, there was no response. We then had to leave, and find other accommodations at the last minute. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had already paid in full, and there has been no word about a refund. DO NOT book here, they will...

« The room was perfect. We love the view. Everything was clean and worked properly. It was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was great! We were able to walk to several restaurants. The location was great for our trip to Banff. »

« The unit was clean, bright and convenient. It was also stocked with absolutely everything we needed!! Having a garage to park in was a very nice bonus and saved us from having to clean off our vehicle. There was parking on street for our other vehicle and it was close to the unit. Will definitely stay here again. The only uncomfortable thing was the couch when we were just hanging out, it maybe needs replacing but that’s a small inconvenience. We will be recommending this place to others. »
