"The hotel overall is nice and clean and pretty good if you’re just in the city for a couple days and spending most of your days outside and not in your hotel room. Liz was great letting us check in early to our room to explore the city early. One of the only issues we had in our stay was the a/c unit did not work at all. It was better to keep the window open to allow cool air to come in & our TV didn’t work at all which we didn’t mind but we wanted to watch tv before bed. "

"The Marker at Union Square is awesome. It's well located with union square being right there, and everything is pretty easy to get to from here. It was very clean, comfortable and a beautiful hotel. As amazing as the hotel is the staff was the best thing about our stay. They were always kind and courteous, and when we ran into an issue with my wife leaving her phone in a Lyft, they didn't hesitate to help us and getting her phone back. We can't thank them enough for making our stay memorable "

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location that made it easy to get around. Bartenders were very attentive. Valets were very helpful. The only negative was we were not aware that we were going to be charged an early check in fee or pay almost $100/day to park our larger vehicle. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "
