"Great spot, helpful and in a perfect part of SF"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was parking. When I called the AI told me an address for parking that was confusing and it was not clear that they allowed cars overnight. It gives you an address but not the name of the garage. the name of the garage is Trinity Plaza and their sign doesn't give an overnight rate but you can park there overnight. I had to call while driving around a very congested part of SF to get the correct address and name of the garage, so I was sure I was parking close to the hotel and in a safe place. You still have to walk a little way to the hotel. The hotel is on the fringe of the Tenderloin so be aware. Not a problem for us but if you are averse to seeing the homeless choose another place. We also found a FANTASTIC restaurant a couple blocks away called 54 Mint. If you love great Italian food go there! The #7 bus stops on the same block and you can take it straight out to Golden Gate Park. Super easy. For the price this is the best deal in SF."

"It was walking distance to places we needed to go."

"Great location. As a platinum member we were to be offered a room upgrade but were not. We were to receive two comp drinks and had to return to the front desk and ask for them the next day. Room keys did not work upon arrival and had to wait 20 min in the hall for new keys to be made. TV did not work had to call for service at 10:30pm for service. Body wash while full did not dispense had to call housekeeping for resolution . And finally had a hotel evacuation early am and walk down 12 flights of stairs to find a false alarm. On the positive side the Post lobby bar and food was great and Ansion the bar keep is a real pro and you are lucky to have him on staff !"

"I have paid more than expected. I thought the total fee was $420 when I paid online, however they charged me more than $500. The parking is horrible; it costs $73, which is unreasonable. I will not book this hotel in the future. I know it is downtown, but unreasonable."

"This hotel was great! Clearly it was recently redone. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Location is amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Perfect all around!"

"I docked stars for cleanliness because the shower tile had a good amount of mold in between tiles which I am careful of both for cleanliness and it can trigger my asthma. The positive is it has a Michelin starred Thai restaurant on site, which was very busy and delicious tho I caution it is spicey. Also the location felt safe and was walkable to BLS International, where we had an appointment. All staff was friendly and helpful as well."
