Lianjiatang is roughly 25 miles southeast from Zhangwanjia. Xinjiang College and Lu Yu Spring are some more options that should be high on every visitor's list.

Get a taste of the variety of aromas and flavors of Jiangxi by exploring its most popular food and drinks.

Be sure to look out for the more common regional ingredients, like grains and duck.

Do as the locals do and feast on sweet and sour mandarin fish and fried cuttlefish rolls.

Cross the cultural divide by making use of a handful of common phrases in Mandarin during your travels. Nǐ yào bú yào gēn wǒ tiàowǔ means would you like to dance? in Mandarin. There's also Gǎnxiè nǐ, which means thank you.

When it's nearly time to head home, spend your leftover renminbi on some last-minute keepsakes and bid "Zàijiàn" to the local characters you have met and the beautiful places you've been.

When you're ready to head to the airport, be advised that Jingdezhen Airport is 50 miles to the northwest.
